Post Purchase Policies: Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, & Exchanges

Because many of our products are custom-made, please review this policy carefully.

Cancellation Policy​

Orders for custom products begin processing shortly after purchase and cannot be canceled once production has started.

Returns must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. Once worn or used the item is ineligible for a return, refund or exchange.

Custom / Print Products

Custom apparel and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There is a printing or manufacturing defect

  • You receive the wrong item

Drop-Shipped Items

Returns for drop-shipped items are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to supplier policies.

Refunds

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed after review. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
